February 29, 2008 129 W, 1 I - + 18 - 6 Shot Out Of A Canon
For those who haven't been reading for 14 years; this is the
very first HATBG strip, which is in an English 200 class. The strip appeared in January 1994.
By February 1995, BG was being offered a job as
Assistant Dean of Student Affairs at SMU.
The daily strip ended shortly thereafter, and when the weekly picked up,
BG was back at Ole Miss as some sort of counselor.
To be sure, we've sat down and figured out how it all makes sense, but this strip was fun anyway. Very much a comics-geek joke.
On the more recent front, Seth's master first and last appeared
almost three years ago, and the experimental time machine, which dates back to the old daily HATBG strips, last popped up in
October 2005.
