Why does Seth use a Web site instead of just making the pictures in Photoshop?

Because we established that he doesn't have Photoshop a year and a half ago!

How's that for continuity, kids? And here you probably thought we were just winging.

Au contraire -- every week we consult the 200-page "Hatbag Bible" that gives the full back story and all known information for each character, and then update it with the new information from the current strip, which, of course, follows the primary story-arc guidelines we've established for the next five year. March 2009, by the way? Wow, what a doozie!

OK, none of that's true. But we did keep continuity on the Photoshop thing, so that's not bad, huh?
